Indian Railways runs trains all over the country. Amazingly, there is no place in the country where Indian trains have not reached. They connect all the important and less important stations. It has gone online of late to ease the effort of the passengers.  The online system enables one to access the official website of Indian Railways to collect all the information on trains. The webpage asks for a few details like source and destination station, class of journey, date of journey, departure time between, arrival time between, train type and whether it is ‘one way’ or ‘return journey’. You can fill in the entire fields just by choosing your option from the possibilites given in the drop-down list.

 

Once you have finished it, you can click on the “Get details’ tab and confirm the availability. Other than trains between stations, you can also check the accommodation availability and fares on the same webpage.
